MARKETING MANAGER

Role and Responsibilities:

NOBLE ISLE MARKETING MANAGER

Noble Isle seeks a Marketing Manager.

Based in London or Southeast of England, this new role will have responsibility for all Marketing aspects within the business with a strong sales focus on our ecommerce website. This role is based at home with regular meetings in London, reporting directly into the Director & Founder.

Experience required: Must have a full, clean, UK driving license and be willing to travel for meetings. Must have at least 5 year’s Marketing experience including highly self-motivated, target driven, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong work ethic values, excellent presenting skills, good at building relationships, numerate, methodical, organised & determined. This position requires experience with managing and working on WooCommerce.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the luxury sector and have experience in the beauty industry or hospitality.

Role and Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

  • Responsible for managing the website, driving traffic and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintenance of the website – product updates, copy updates, product launches, homepage updates.
  • Constantly work on improving the site in terms of functionality, design, SEO, to increase sales and remain competitive.
  • Responsible for the update the website using WooCommerce on a weekly basis for homepages, banners, new product launches, promotions and offers.
  • Use Mailchimp to inform customers of offers, launches and use as a touchpoint.
  • Work with third party agency to manage updates (design and functionality).

Social & Digital

  • Manage our growing e-commerce store and comprehensive understanding.
  • and management of digital growth tactics – Google PPC, SEO, remarketing, mailers, online store maintenance.
  • Create, manage and implement campaigns and growth on the social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Work with third party agencies to manage social platforms and content.

Customer Service

  • Assist the customer service team where needed.
  • Manage and mitigate customer feedback via Trustpilot, website and social media platforms.

General

  • Produce and implement the yearly marketing strategy.
  • Distribute all marketing collateral on a monthly basis to the team.
  • Assist all teams with their own strategy, mailers and meetings.
  • Attend meetings with existing and potential partners and accompany other departments with their meetings.
  • Assist with all marketing materials for all departments.
  • Assist all departments with new business – meetings, materials, emails.
  • Assist on presentations, pitches and tenders.
  • Manage all marketing materials.
  • Working at trade shows and helping out at events.
  • Work closely with all departments of the business (customer service, hotels, retail, international, corporate and product development) to see how marketing can improve the way they work.
  • Creative writing for offline and online campaigns, product launches, blogs, strategy, pitches and presentations.
  • Competitor research: Keep abreast of changes in the marketplace and how we can adapt each area of the company to stay ahead of the curve.

PR

  • Work with third party agency to manage coverage (B2C and B2B) and liaise with influencers.
  • Manage product launches for the UK and International markets – from concept to marketplace, pack copy to website copy and launch tactics.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions, brand communications and work closely with our London based PR agency.

Strategy

  • Report sales, competition, sales forecasting and business research on a regular basis.
  • Accountable for preparing and submitting annual budget proposals, including website sales, field expenses and field travel.
  • Prepare monthly report at the conclusion of each month, analysing and explaining performance, providing insights for the upcoming months, highlighting risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Meet team on a monthly basis to review progress and future strategy.

Product Marketing

  • Artwork checking (labels, packaging etc).
  • Extract liaison – forming relationships with producers and ordering as needed.
  • Managing all photography (pack shots and lifestyle) including distribution to team.
  • Competitive pricing research.
  • Updating New Product Launch Calendar.

Skills

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Pinterest and WooCommerce.
  • Comfortable at presenting and selling when needed.
  • Confident writer.
  • As a small business, we need an “all-rounder” a wide skill set who is happy to “roll up their sleeves” and do any job.
